Hi everyone, rounding up of my 9th week and it has been a real shift for me as things start to make sense!
I am really proud to say that I have attended my first two solo meetings with new clients and secured some amazing new opportunities to recruit for. Was it daunting? YES!, but it's like ripping a plaster off, it's never as bad as you think and was a fantastic learning curve for me.
I have also experienced, what I think is the best part of the job, calling two candidates to make job offers and have them accept them, doesn't get much better than this. Finding people, new roles that they are both excited and grateful about is a major reason that draws me towards recruitment and I look forward to watching them thrive in their new careers.
Tomorrow is going to be another exciting meeting and I am so proud to secure a big meeting with a new client with a lot of potential, I am attending with my MD to discuss a few incredible opportunities I don't know what they are just yet but I am super excited so if you are thinking about making a career change send me a message and I can take a look at your CV to discuss vacancies.
Lastly, I would like to say a big thank you for the continued support I have been receiving from the incredible team I have the pleasure of working with, Helen Fallon, Lucy Kiddier and Bethany Collins.
I hope to hear from as many of you as possible after all lifes about communication. I hope you all have an awesome end to the week and weekend.
