Will you support us after the recruitment process?
We never push, we always advise, and clients often come to us as a sounding board when they have difficult decisions to make and are not getting impartial or practical advice. We are always happy to guide you in the best way and our reputation proves this.
How would you find the right candidate for our business?
We realise that finding the right candidate is one of the biggest and most important decisions you will make. We take the time initially completing telephone interviews with candidates, then either meeting them in person or having multiple video calls with them to ensure their skills and personality match.
What are your fees?
Our charges reflect the time, effort and level of expertise our consultants have, recruiting the right person is not a race. You only pay once the candidate has started with you and we will keep in touch with both the client and candidate throughout the initial period, but you have the peace of mind of our rebate period. What happens if the employee leaves?

There is nothing more disheartening than having invested time and money in a new employee than to see them leave after you have paid a fee. We offer a rebate of fees should a candidate leave within a defined time period (usually 12 weeks, in line with a probationary period). The rebate is normally based on a sliding scale, and dependent on how long the candidate has been employed. However, we are only interested in long term relationships so work closely with both client and candidate to ensure this doesn't happen.
