Week 3 in My Dreamjob and What Did I Learn?

It's my third week in my dream role and I'm happy to update you all that I have definitely made the right move so again thanks to the team Global CTS Recruitment.

So this week I have seen first hand, albeit on a tiny scale how busy my colleagues are. Trying to speak with Clients and Candidates and trying to organise interviews. I've had some great feedback from both parties and I'm starting to learn what a fast paced environment I have entered

So yesterday I went to a meeting with a colleague with a new client. It was great to learn that although someone is looking for a new employee the specific responsibilities vary from company to company and it was a great way for me to learn how important the culture in a business is.

I've walked into 2023 with great enthusiasm and ambition and i'm hoping to work with companies that are in the same motion, after all if we have similar ethics we should make great partners.
