Week 1 in a #dreamjob and what did I learn?

It's my first week in my dream role, with five years in B2B sales I finally took the plunge into becoming a #recruitmentconsultant. With a great start and a warm welcome and what a refreshing change that you manage your own time and set your own goals, it's like being an adult….

So I am learning about #candidates and #clients and how to build lasting relationships built on strong values as this seems to be what drives the team here. It's a refreshing change from other companies that I met with and this is the perfect match for my own ethics.

A busy start by learning the IT systems, how to talk to candidates and understand that it's not just about how much they want to earn, it's about #opportunity #culture as well as how #employers treat them.
