We screen in excess of 100 candidates prior to submitting CVs. This can be done face to face (using Zoom) to ensure that they are an appropriate team fit for the role.

We are not a “one size fits all agency”, we want to understand your problem first and foremost and then from this suggest a suitable solution that works for you. For example, we appreciate that some roles may require additional testing to be conducted, such as Microsoft Excel and psychometric tests and we can help assist with such tests.
