Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in procurement activities and ensure the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Duties
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed

Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS, AS400, SAP ERP or similar systems
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
