Engineering Sales Account Manager - engineering industry - £32,000 - £36,000 + bonus
Global CTS is working with a superb manufacturing business who require an enthusiastic person for this exciting role dealing with engineering and manufacturing clients. You will have a background in either engineering or a technical slant as you will be talking to customers about the products and advising them on their suitability.
We are looking for someone who can provide a high quality customer experience, the role entails providing technical information of products to customers so a keen interest in engineering is essential. Joining a team of six you will receive full training and in-depth training on these unique products, you will need an inquisitive mind and be able to demonstrate an interest on how things work and are put together.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain and develop regional customers as part of a team, providing a high level of service at all times
- Demonstrate products to the customer, so you must be able to show an interest in learning how these are made
- Deal with queries, orders and quotations from new and existing customers
- Maintain internal sales processes by meeting SLA's and customer requirements
- Build and enhance relationships between our customers and our company
- Professional demeanour and attitude, outgoing and friendly
- Organised, focussed, sales driven, excellent telephone manner
