Customer Service Manager / Facilities Manager

Global CTS is working with a well-established company in Eynsham seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Facilities Manager to lead and develop their customer service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer experience, process efficiency, and service quality while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team, fostering a proactive and high-performing environment
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency
- Streamline customer service processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of enquiries and issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships, handling queries and escalated complaints
- Ensure all customer service operations comply with regulatory and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Management or Facilities Management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and KPI-driven performance improvement
- Lead by example mentality, cover the team on the phones during lunchtimes occasionally
- Ability to analyse customer service trends and implement process improvements
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- IOSH training or similar Health & Safety qualification/ training (or willingness to obtain) – desirable.
- An interest in sustainability and environmental practices – desirable
